Stout di carattere, fonda il gusto sul tostato dei malti, quindi caffè espresso e in chicchi, notevole amarezza e secchezza finale. Corpo medio e bassa frizzantezza. Bottiglia presa direttamente in birrificio Estebanik (1354) - Lublin, POLAND - FEB 1, 2017
Aromat czekoladowy, likierowy, palony. W smaku czekoladowe, mega gładkie. Wysycenia praktycznie brak, tak samo jak i odczucia alkoholu. Fajnie zaznaczona goryczka. Niezbyt złożone piwo, ale na poziomie intensywności i pijalności, wciąga nosem dużą część przehajpowanych imperialnych stoutów. john44 (3454) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2017

Bottle - 330ml. Opaque, black body with a huge brown foamy head. Good malty aroma with chocolate, hoppy, and roasted cereals hints. Its well balanced malty/hoppy taste carries roasted coffee, woody, and some liquorice notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Ends with a long bitter/roasty finish. Enjoyable. On tap @ Partizan Brewery, London, UK. Pours with a pitch black colour, small diminishing tan head. Aroma is medium to heavy malty, with notes of coffee and chocolate; some vanilla and fruit too; there’s even some hops there. Good aroma, but it’s the taste that takes the party away: medium to heavy sweet, medium bitter, slightly sour: very well balanced and tasty. Medium body, oily texture, soft carb. A very, very good stout. tom10101 (6297) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 26, 2016
Bottle (330 ml) at home. 7.1% version. Bottled 07/01/16. Dark brown with a large easy to revive brown head, good retention, leaving some lacing. Aroma is of milk chocolate, roasted malts, berries (in a similar way than in a red wine), ashes and liquorice notes. Taste is moderately sweet with roasted malts, milk chocolate, berries, mild acidity, ashes and mild to moderate chocolate bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Berries and roasted malt finish with a lingering bitter chocolate presence. Good fruity chocolate forward stout. Never heavy. Really well executed. Bottle from Oddbins West Hampstead. Deep almost black, very high carbonation almost foaming over, white head. Powerful beer, dark bitter roasty malts with a strong hop herbal bitterness. Tasty stuff.
