First smell is not that pleasant, smelly and kind of weird. But it gets better. Strong apricot marmelade and alcohol, some port barrel age notes as well as tequila. Biscuit and fruit. Pretty complex, that's for sure. Cloudy orange color with small sized white head. Taste has less alcohol, but it still is present. Grapes, white wine, barrel and fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation. I had a really hard time defining it, but I'm pretty sure it's not a quad. //tap at ZCBW Cokemonkey11 (1161) - - FEB 18, 2018
Bottle at home. Dark dark amber with a big aggressive head. Scent is mild hops on a big apple/saison noted ale. Cinnamon. Taste is impressive Belgian ale with lovely flavors across the whole profile. Flowers, grassy notes, generous caramel, and some hops. Excellent, truly. Iznogud (5072) - CROATIA - JAN 25, 2018

Keg at the brewery. Brewed 2015. Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Light brett on the nose. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice light brett brings a mild savoury note. Good dried fruits - peppy. Mild caramel in the backdrop. Touch of sherbetty fruits. Light finish. Comes together very well and is an easy drinker for it's abv.
On tap at Zabreb Craft Beer Weekend 2017. Unclear golden coloured, medium to big sized off-white head, some caramel and apple strudel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, fruity and over-ripe fruits with pretty strong alcohol and touch of apple strudel and glue in the finish. Interesting one.

On tap at ZCBW 2017. Murky orange body, white head. Fruity, very fruity aroma, orange and peach mostly, fresh. Very fruity taste, orange, peach, mostly like peach "gusti sok", light touch of glue, full maltiness, light grainy touch, ends slightly bitter. Very nice! September 2017 - Theydon Bois' 20K Tasting at One Canada Square. Bottle thanks to Kenny. As 'Partizan / The Kernel Dual Runnings', 12%. Dark matte orange, still, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is browned apple, a little woody and papery. Body is light, frothy, tingly carbonation. Too frothy in the mouth. Taste is beer-lite foam, papery, light white pepper. Over time there is some dates, jammy fruits, syrup and candi sugar, little honey with a breathy booze finish. Open up your bottle and let the carbonation subside before drinking. (6-4-7-3-15=3.5) kapusil (1598) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 11, 2017
0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body with an off-white head. Lots of ripe fruits in the aroma like apricot, dates and apples with some caramel and a bit of spicy phenols. Taste of caramel, apricot, orange jam, grapes and citrusy hops. The carbonation is very high. I like it. Beese (3402) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2017
Keg at The Free Trade Inn, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Hazy ochre. Strong aroma of cooking apples, sugar and biscuity malt. Assertive carbonation, but sweet flavour. Still lots of apple. 77ships (11745) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2017
330 ml. bottle of Partizan version split by 2 side-by-side with draft version of the Kernel beer @ Dynamo. Bottle of Partizan reads 15.10.2015. Dark amber, stupidly darker than the other version creamy off-white head. Nose is massive raisin, rum soaked raisin, dark fruit, sugar, very heavy Belgian, interesting. Taste is faint soap but dark raisin, almost rum, massive dark fruit, red grape, hugely malty, really great Belgian styled beer. Thick malty, very thick. Draft one is golden, only a few bubbles, basically no head. Nose has almost brett? Orange peel, apricot, brett,… Bit watery feels less than 5 % ABV, has nothing in common with the other one but lovely lightly funky apricot, peach, white grape, good soap, very interesting. Blend worked remarkably great but I preferred the intensity of the Partizan on its own, blend muted both beers a bit, blend was maybe a touch better than the Kernel version.
