Kolor : Czarny z ciemnobrązowymi przebłyskami.
Piana: Beżowa, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, średnio trwała. Nienajgorzej się buduje. Lacing odpowiedni.
Zapach: Mleczna czekolada, orzechy, kawa i pierniki. Jest również trochę słodyczy w postaci wanilii i toffi.
Smak: Mleczna czekolada, mniej kawy, orzechy laskowe. Goryczka średnia, lekko ściągający posmak orzechów na końcu języka. Piwo średniopełne, kremowe i gładkie. Pijalność wysoka.
Wysycenie: Niskie.
Podsumowanie:
Piwo Numer 3 w portugalskim crafcie. Bardzo przyzwoity Imperialny Stout. Oczywiście należy go oceniać w kontekście portugalskich piw. Nie jest to może pierwsza liga europejska , ale broni się świetnie. DOS jest bardzo gładki, kremowy i świetnie pijalny. Passarola Brewing jest zdecydowanie najlepszym browarem rzemieślniczym w Portugalii.

18.01.2016, 0,33l bottle sampled @ BBGTC tasting:
Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry roasted, weeds, burnt caramel, roasted grain, grass, berry skin, sour coffee, bark, plastics. Taste is sour-ish burnt, weeds, burnt grain, minerals, ashes, grass, burnt caramel, burnt coffee, paper, medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh medical mouthfeel. Meh!

2.1
ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 18, 2016
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a jet black body with a small light beige head. Nose is chocolate, cocoa, coffee, grains and hints of licorice, cereals and caramel. Taste is sour filter coffee, dusty cocoa, dirty grainy notes and hints of wet paper, soy sauce and cereals. Medium to full body, medium to soft carbonation. Seems off, possibly oxidized with lots of muddy coffee-related flavors and no real substance.
