COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gose is a traditional German beer that is brewed to be sour and salty. Pink, but a manly dark pink, this beer beckons the drinker in with a visual sirens call. Hints of coriander and lactobacillus (the sour stuff) waft to the nose. The first sip puckers the lips with a quick sour blast that soon fades into a slightly salty and sweet finish that quickly clears the palate.

Vom Fass im Brauhaus in Saigon. Pinkes klares Bier. Ist die Farbe echt? Ich unterstelle ja und hebe eine top Bewertung dafür und wäre enttäuscht, wenn es Farbe wäre! FruchtigeRotweinnoten. Saurer Antrunk. Dann Hefe und Salz. Rotwein und Frucht Abgang. Drachenfrucht ist immer schwierig.

5.5%ABV. Gose. Tapped out the color of red dragonfruit. So at least we've established it's the red and not the white dragonfruit. Mouthfeel is juicy. Palate has good solid wheat malt body with a clean flavor or fresh biscuits and wheat toast. Also has good fruity sour with a clean hit of salt to provide balance. This part was very well done. Nor surprised that there's not a whole lot of dragonfruit flavor since the fruit is naturally quite subtle on the palate. Finish is clean.
