mikeyo1 (816) - Linköping, SWEDEN - SEP 10, 2016
Bottle @ home. 3 years old. Clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is malty and bready, with some biscuits, slightly phenolic with notes of almond, and somewhat metallic . The ester are gone and the malty notes are a bit dull due to the extended cellaring. Taste is sweet, with malt, white biscuits, honey, almonds and strawberries. The taste has evolved more gracefully with some nice esters remaining. Finish has apricots, honey and earth.
