For Pater Lieven Wit, wheat and oats are used during the brewing process, which give the beer its pale color and cloudy appearance. Pater Lieven Wit is unfiltered. Therefore, it remains cloudy and contains living yeast cells. It is flavored with coriander and orange peel, which provide pleasant fruity and thirst-quenching characters.

Bottle. Tulip glass. Enjoye don agt11.Pale straw color. Foggy. White, small sized bubbled, dense crown. Retention is good. Yeast & fresh citric, vanilla notes, bready crust hues & spices to the nose. Funny orange zest upfront. Sweet & peppery.Lemony in the middle. Medium body, medium carbonation. Melon touch & dry bitter finish. Orange hint & fruity aftertaste. Refreshing. Nice spot of the Wit style. Well balanced both flavors & aromas.Comment: last drop served with yeast sediments will show an intense orange flavor.
