McTapps (6950) - Reutlingen, - JAN 27, 2013
Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Well, I really don’t like Hefeweizen, but I can tell when it is a good one or not. This here tastes like every Hefeweizen you may get at the discounters and is just too much banana, too much yeast and too much sweetness. I don’ t really like it, but am fair enough to rate kinda fair.

Aroma: cloves and banana, vanilla. Appearance: slightly hazy golden color and white head. Taste: banana and vanilla, cloves, yeasts, quite dry. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, zesty finish. Overall: Really nice weizenbier, nice vanilla notes.

pivnizub (10762) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 10, 2016
Bottle: Pale golden to golden, hazy, smaller creamy and lacy white head; mild sourish nose of yeast and bananas, some wheaty dust underneath; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied, not really smooth; slightly lingering sourish and ( a bit) tart yeasty -wheaty finish. Not great, still quite well drinkable…

Foerdifuxx (402) - Franconia, GERMANY - APR 8, 2016
Hazy yellow coloured beer with a big, rocky, medium-lasting head. Aromas of wheat, malt and banana. Aroma is malty, grainy, lots of yeast with some banana. Some unpleasant bitterness in the finish, thats what i thought first. But with some temperature the beer develops refreshing, now pleasant, light bitter, citrusy. Creamy to mealy texture, average carbonation, medium body.

bonkiedeaap (798) - Leerdam, NETHERLANDS - APR 1, 2016
Bottle from Trinkgut. The beer is yellow/golden colored and has a small and stable white head, with average carbonation. The aroma is not strong but has notes of citrus and bananas, wheat and yeast. Taste is light bodied and very refreshing. Further light sweet with fruit notes and a little sourness. It finishes light bitter and refreshing, but shame it’s watery. Further very well drinkable.
