The true KING of beers. All others, from the USA at least, are nothing. Great taste, good flavor, no OVER HOPPED USA craftie silliness. Hops are part of beer, no doubt, but not THE ONLY part. Wake up crafties, hops give little flavor, but are good to offset the maltiness. This is a GREAT beer!!!! Thanks for this site that does more than accept opinions that the site agrees with and not much else. Sites that claim to be your "advocate" do little other than support HOPS OVERLOADED beers. Is that really beer???? I think not.

Sehr probierenswert!

Exhibits the characteristic Oktoberfest style, with amber color, some head and a definitive bitter hop element, though this one just isn’t the most interesting example Ive ever had.

Dark red-brown colored with hazy appearance, little yellow head. Sweet and mildly caramelly aroma with thin chocolate. Medium bodied. Flavor is morel lemony with thin yeast, some caramelly sweetness also comes up. Aftertaste has mild alcohol with drying hops. Some handmade yeastiness distracts, still ok brew.
