COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paulaner Weissbier Kristallklar features a more intense wheat malt taste than its Hefeweissbier. There’s a fine sparkling clarity to it, achieved by a very special early-filtering method.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.

Clear golden with a big white head. Aroma is sweet and subdued with notes of wheat, banana and yeast. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Soft. This has a bit of a pilsner-feel to it and it’s bitter for a weissbier. 100710

Flaske 50 cl. Lysegul krystalklar hælde med en store skummened og varrigt hvidt hoved. Lidt syrlig aroma, med noter af koriander og nelliker. Smag af mild malt, og korn, noter af koriander og blid citrus.

05-feb-2011, 50cl bottle at home. Light yellow beer with good white head. Smell is wheat, citrus, but not as pronounced as with a hefeweizen. Taste is a little more bland as well, definitely not as good as the unfiltered version of this beer. Why does this filtered version even exist?

Vacker krona, fin smak. Fick den vid tillfälle med en skiva citron ilagd, vilket höjde smaken ytterligare, om man nu gillar citrus.

50cl bottle from Dusseldorf. Clear beer as the name suggests. Strange drinking a clear weiss beer but very nice

Picked up this at the local gas station. Not that bad, not that great. Seems to be better than most Kristalls

Served into Erdinger Weizen glass A: Golden with a small frothy head thats stay for a while small lace, a lot of carbonation going on, it almost looks like a champagne glass. S: Banana, sweet, malts T: Very thin and watery, same banana flavor, some cereals, a lot of carbonation going on that make me confuse as spiciness. Overall not a very good beer or at least a dont like the style, feel like light soda to me

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a clear golden color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch. This beer smells fruity.

Bottle 50cl. A clear yellow beer with nice white head that remains properly and good lacing. Smell is low on weizen with metallic notes. Near to the usual Paulaner hefenweizen with low aroma of fruit and malt, as in the smell some metallic notes are there. Very drinckable and refreshing but not so interesting about the body and aroma, bit watery.

500 ML bottle in Germany. Pours in clear golden with nice lively carbonation, strong white head. Decent malty aroma. Hints of bananas, malts and some bread. Taste is slightly bittler and Palate weak and not offensive. Not bad
