COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paulaner Weissbier Kristallklar features a more intense wheat malt taste than its Hefeweissbier. There’s a fine sparkling clarity to it, achieved by a very special early-filtering method.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours clear light golden with a huge white head that dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is cereal, yeast, cilantro and banana bread. Taste is sweet with some very ripe banana and slight hints of lemon zest. Finish is sweet and rather yeasty. Not very impressive but still quite refreshing.

Áttetsző világos arany szín, közepes méretű, laza hófehér hab és erősebb karbonáció jellemzi. Illatában távolról érett banán, búzamaláta és némi élesztő érződik, íze ezzel nagyjából megegyező, lágyan fűszeres komlós lecsengéssel. Közepesen testes és jó száraz, könnyen iható szűrt búza. Akit zavar a szűretlenség (igen, léteznek ilyen emberek), annak remek választás.

Bottle in Berlin, pale yellow, bubblegum notes with clove and light banana. Decent wheat flavors, cloves, ligher banana. Smooth and quite tasty

Gyllengul öl med högt typiskt weissbierskum. Doft av malt. Klassisk smak av skumbanan och humle. En trevlig torr humlebeska. Nog den bästa kristallklar jag provat.

Klar goldene Farbe mit sehr stabilen Schaum; hoch co2 haltig. Im Geruch hopfig-getreidig. Dabei auch Spuren von Metall. Im Geschmack süffig-weich mit säuerlicher Note. Verhalten hefe-fruchtig mit etwas Herbe im Hintergrund. Ein gut gemachtes Kristall-Weizen mit überzeugendem Geschmack. Hat mir gut gefallen.Test vom 4.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Pours clear golden with a high head. Aroma is malts and wheat. Flavor is malts, wheat and banana. Quite good for a kristall.

Perhaps one of the most refreshing types of German Kristallweizen. It has a nice full taste although it remains fresh and ideal as a summer-beer. The foamtop is rather week but in my case that’s benefit. Appearance is incredibly clearly amber orange.

Clear golden with white head. Smell is lightly smokey. Taste is light with notes of lemon, boiled ham, smoke and spices. Almost like a wit. Paulaner is à fav weisse brewer for me, but like the hefe more.

500 mL bottle from Beers of Europe into a pint glass. Golden and clear, and a bit fizzy, fluffy but well formed head. Light wheaty aroma, smells alright. Tastes like what it is a cross between a wheat beer and a pilsner. Tastes light, fairly fresh, and apart from tasting a little metallic at first its alright and drinkable. Stick to the Hefeweiss Naturtrub.

500ml Bottle. Appearance is clear, orangish, yellow color with fizzy, beige head. Aroma is weak with some hints banana and spice but with a overriding and distracting metallic earthiness. Taste is mostly fruity malts with notes banana and vanilla. Palate is medium-bodied, somewhat slick texture, fizzy carbonation, and slightly astringent finish.
