Bottle. Poured a clear golden orange with medium to full carbonation and a large lasting rocky white head that settled to a small and creamy layer. Banana, bubblegum, orange zest and some herbs make up the aroma profile. On the tongue, light and zesty citrus and banana flavours, again slight herbal notes, a lagery cardboard/grain tone, a very light boiled sweetness with a delicate bitterness in the finish. Light and dry, full carbonation on the palate, crisp and nicely refreshing. gyllenbock (9288) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 23, 2010
Clear golden yellow color with a fluffy white foam that disappears rather quickly.
The aroma is classic in terms of wheat beer, dough, a bit sour with hints of banana and spices.
The flavor was fairly mild and a bit sour. Wheat, fbanana, spices and yeast.
An ok wheat beer, but there are better ones out there. JPMarat (68) - GREECE - JUN 17, 2010

Smells of lemon and hops, very nice, nothing frightening in the aroma. Has a very attractive cloudy yellow-beige with a good amount of head. Flavour is a decent balance of hops and wheat, and no nasty detergent flavours hanging around! Dry finish. A very good weiss. danielyabu (1668) - União da Vitória, BRAZIL - MAY 1, 2010

On draught in a Berlin Beergarden. Clear golden colour with a large fluffy head that lasted really well. Sweet aftertaste. Very refreshing on a hot day when a full weissbier may be too heavy BeerBlockaid (683) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - APR 14, 2010
Bottle from Kardstadt in Dortmund, Germany. Pours "Kristallklar."...not really. More gold in color, almost honey with a hint of amber. Nose is sweet and honey, and somewhat trappist. Small white head, and no lacing. Taste is honey, burnt malts, some grain, and a slight bit of floral hops. A very small hint of wheat and a yeasty-afterbite. Palate is smooth, but rather thin in areas. Cloyingly sweet. maybe too sweet for me right now. Sdaniel90 (1082) - Mexico City, MEXICO - MAR 25, 2010
Bottle, 500ml. Pours a clear golden colour with a large, quick to disolve white head. Plenty of carbonation. Aroma is of wheat, banana and spices. Taste is pretty dry, with some light bitterness, but no other special flavours. Meh. Zita (6325) - Assentoft, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010
bread, grass, citrus, golden, clear, white foam, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, lively, wheat finish. rosenbergh (11578) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 6, 2010
500 ml bottle. 5.2%. From Lübeck, Germany.
Clear golden colour with small to average creamy white head.
Banana, wheat, yeast and caramel in aroma.
Some hops, banana, wheat and yeast in flavour. Thin.
I’ve never figured out what’s the purpose of Kristallweizen?
It’s like watered down version of real Weizen and doesn’t look so tempting.
