COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paulaner Weissbier Kristallklar features a more intense wheat malt taste than its Hefeweissbier. There’s a fine sparkling clarity to it, achieved by a very special early-filtering method.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.

Perhaps one of the most refreshing types of German Kristallweizen. It has a nice full taste although it remains fresh and ideal as a summer-beer. The foamtop is rather week but in my case that’s benefit. Appearance is incredibly clearly amber orange.

Munich should be proud. I have had this on draught quite a few times and I'd rate it as one of the better weissbeirs.

i bought this on a dare mainly because it was so damn costly in a small town but turns out this was pretty good and well worth the price

Fruity aroma, malty fruity taste. Very easy-drinking and overall a very nice beer, but not as good as the unfiltered one.

Big white head. Clear golden colour. Yeast aroma with sour undertones. Medium sweet taste and a fruity palate. One of the best.

Feels much weaker than Hefe, but the good foundation is there with fine yeast flavors and a beautiful bitterness.

It’s very similar in taste to the standard Paulaner - and it means it rocks. However, I reckon it has less sophisticated taste. Good anyway.

pivo (2685) - GERMANY - FEB 12, 2002
light yeast aroma with a touch of banana. Clear gold color reminiscient of a pils. Big malty, bready taste. Kinda cracker-like. Sesame in the finish? what is that? Crisp, clean and full. Not so heavy as a Hefeweizen, but with much of the same character.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2003 Pours with a nice frothy white head, orangish color and fairly clear. Sharp lively feel. Nice and refreshing.
