Bought this bottle and some others straight from the brewer. Very nice man, but I do not like his beers. Smells pretty good, straightforward Belgian style wheat beer fragrances, citrus, cilantro and some banana. Firm head disappears quickly but this could have been the glass. First sip - wheaty, creamy, full body. Second sip - orange flavour kicks in, in a nasty way (for the European visitors, think "Wicky", the chemical smelling sugar/orange drink). Soapy dishwater flavours too. Threw away the rest.

Een iets bittere nasmaak blijft even hangen. A very, very slightly cloudy beer, with a firm layer of white foam. It has a sweet/sour aroma with the touch of citrus fruits. It taste a little bitter on the back of the tongue, but rather a bit sweet in the rest of the mouth. A slightly bitter aftertaste remains in the mouth.

Bottle. Golden color, lively foam. Smells of orange, yeast and wheat. Taste also has wheat, with coriander, iron and some orange zest in the finish. Thin body. Not very good.

(Pauw Witbier) Stubby bottle, 330 ml, from trade with bierkoning, thanks! Poured into a tumbler, ABV 5% Light honey colour on the body, mostly clear, with a tall but thin white head on top, with average retention, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Very sweet aroma, sugar, light floral touches, faint lemon. Taste is also sweet, some malts at first and sugar, followed by a touch of lemon on the finish. Not bad. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Overall okay, drinkable and refreshing, but nothing special.

Bottle [from trade with Bierkoning] @ home. Clear pale golden color, average sized fizzy white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma and taste are not what I would expect in a Belgian White. To me its more like a pilsener. The appearance also is more a pilsener rather than a Belgian White. In the end its not a bad beer, at least its drinkable and not offensive. But if this was really intended as a Belgian White Id say the brewer should try again cause this is not it.

Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Fruity aroma of a strong citrus, yeast, wheat and spices, especially coriander. Medium sweetness. Drinkable, somewhat interesting aroma, but not one Ill quickly return to.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from my parents. the bottle was a gusher, sadly enough. Pours milke white yellow with a thin white head. Lots of yeast specks floating around in the glass. Familiar Belgian white taste with coriander and orange. Decent white with serious thirst quenching quality.
