Tap at Man in the Moon bar - Fantastic looking amber colored beer accompanied by superb glassware. Toffee and caramel together with yeast dominate the aroma. Flavor is very full bodied with strong notes of dried fruits, nuts and caramel. On the verge of being to sticky, but stays behind the line making it a must.

pours dark dark orange with thin tan head, smells of malt, yeast and spice. The flavor is beautifully malty with a spicy fruity finish. This is one of the tastiest ales ive had.

Bottle. Lots of malt in the aroma. Pours a clear amber, a brown tinted head. Low carbonation. A smooth sweet malt, with a faint bitterness at the end. Exceedingly pleasant. Was suprised at the 8%, usually you can smell/taste some of the alcohol, in this one there is none. SMOOOOTTHHH.

A pretty tastey brew, lots of spice and peppery flavors. Has a little bit of sediment at the bottom which I swirled around and dumped on top. Aromas are a little hidden, nothign really jumped out other than sweet bread, like bannana bread. And plenty of fruit in each sip.

This beer pours a golden amber with a medium white head with lots of yeast floating in the glass. The aroma is sweet and biscuity. Seems kind of an odd combination. The flavors are slight fruit (grape?) and I cant place the other flavor. This is an o.k. beer but for a belgian Ive had way better. Cheers!

This is an excellent Belgian beer that I always buy whenever one of my friends takes a trip to Belgium. It helps to have connections! I have my own proper Kwak glass to drink it in, too. Its a good color with a nice vanilla/caramel finish. Its smooth on the palate. Hard to believe its an 8% beer. It goes down SMOOTH!

22oz bottle. Pours a awesome looking burnt red color with a foamy creamy head light tan in color. Leaves a small head for the duration. Nose is slight sour with notes of plum and bananna touch of alcohol. The taste is sour plum up front with a somewhat thin palate but a awesome lingering finish of vanilla caramel. This seems like it was maybe oak aged it has that woody vanilla taste. A very very underated and tasty brew.
