Bottle, 0.33l. Violently poured for a massive head. :) So! Clear orange/ruby pour with three finger creamy white head. Good retention, nice lacing on the glass. Floral and fruity on the nose, touch of belgian yeast, slightly herbal. Medium body, softly carbonated. Beautifully smooth on the tongue. Fruity sweet taste with subtle alcohol bitterness developing later on. Aroma is yeasty, medium malty, rich in caramel and toffee flavors. Fruity touch of bitter orange, herbal, floral. Earthy hops. Low alcohol presence, well hidden. Subtle brown sugar, slightly sticky. Regular finish. Overall, well rounded and nicely balanced. Tasty brew.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2017 Aromat: Słodki, słodowy, karmel, drożdze
Wygląd: w orginalnej szklance piana aż miło :), barwa miedziana, przejżysta
Smak: Słodycz, ciemne winogrona, rodzynki, daktyle. Banany i przyprawy. Bardzo przyjemny i ułożony.
Odczucie w ustach: Wyczuwalny delikatny alkohol w gardle. Goryczka wpasowana i przyjemna
Ogólnie: Bardzo porządne belgijskie piwo, warto spróbować w szczególności ze specyficznej szklanki :D

Aroma is a nice subtle spice like cloves and pepper. Pours pretty clear once the head settled a bit, which is big and frothy. Nice amber color. Taste is a nice rich nutty malt with the spice from the yeast. Good light ish body. Tasty.

Birra Kwak dal colore ambrato. Schiuma, fine e persistente. All´olfatto note dolci di caramello e biscotto. Al palato corpo medio con note di caramello, miele, uvetta, e frutta candita. Nel finale lievemente amara molto piacevole.

The poet William Cowper fancies that mankind is inclined to indulge itself in novelty. If you needed further proof of that, well here it is. The glassware has a rounded bottom and will not stand alone, hence the stand; but more importantly will the beer stand alone? The bottle opener brought a pfft and the aromatic vapours of sweet dough are sharply released and you begin the experience. The hissing red brown liquid roles down the oddly shaped vessel into the globular base and quickly up the narrow neck gaining a foamy three finger off white head that lingered a short while. In the meantime you focus, give the glass a twirl and then drawing it nearer you watch the bustling bubbles buoyantly make their way releasing the bread, caramel and yes the hint of spicy dark fruits. Eagerly you take just a sip of the mellifluous fluid but don't be fooled by its sweet appeal, the 8.4 ABV won't be held responsible for your actions. The malty character of caramel combined with warmth of the alcohol are like being wrapped in a woolly tartan blanket so soothing and comforting. Relishing your relaxed repose a lightly balancing bitterness glides in to freshen the mouth ready for another mouthful of the Amrita. This is one for the fireside on a cold evening and novelty glass or no it certainly stands alone as a beer.

Amber colour. Bitter banana. Spicy notes. Some coriander. Bread. Some cream. Glass is iconic.

Amber color with some sediment. Big , off-white head . Aroma of malt , honey , dry fruits and yeasts. Rather sweet taste. Light bitterness at the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
