Pours a clear brown with a big white head. Aroma: Nice bready malt. Sweet malt begin, middle is mild and warm alcohol with some hints of cantaloupe. Balances off with nice, mild hop bitter that numbs the tongue a bit. Medium bodied with a slick texture and average carbonation. Overall, a really nice, sweeter amber.

Perhaps I didn’t pour this correctly as there was a lot of yeasty flakes floating in this. I drank it anyway as it tasted OK. Caramel at first sip, smoothing out to make a high alcoholic finish. Nice, I’ll have to try this again as I think the flakes of yeast subtracted from the brew.

mbar, lmpida. Espuma abundante de mdia durao. Aroma e sabor adocicado de caramelo, frutados e ligeiramente florais. lcool perceptvel, mas sem interferir no sabor. Retrogosto adocicado com amargor equilibrado e sobressaindo no final.

In mine I noticed hints of oats and some what of a bread like taste? The body was almost a light chocolate color, and I agree it was slighty sweet with a citrusy/dry finish. Very smooth and quite drinkable, this was a very good ale.

Pours a dark amber, decent sized white head for 8% ABV, nice fine lacing. Sweetness and fruit in the aroma. Very sweet, with a nicely done alcohol finish.

I had this beer at Tastes Wine Bar & Bistro in the Highlands area of Denver. Fantastic experience. It was at proper temp and served in an actual proper Kwak glass. Aroma was floral and malty. Taste was fantastic. Some great spice, floral and maltiness. It was richer and more caramel than a triple. Mouthfeel was heavier too, medium to heavy body. All in all a delicious beer and Id be glad to have it again.

so so many floaters in this brew. Too much, Id say. Incredibly yeasty. Belgian in smell and taste.

Amber body and tan head. apricot and yeasty aroma. little bitter and sour. A good beer with a personality.
