At the brewery in a beautiful location with a great view. Nice rich head with good retention. Typical aroma and taste, a little caramely. Decent wheat beer. Great location.

gyllenbock (9315) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 18, 2013
Bottle in Tel Aviv, July 2013. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of wheat, some spices, yeast and some notes of citrus. Thin but drinkable.

kerenmk (4802) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 28, 2013
Tap sample at the brewery. Clear to hazy golden with quick-dissolving white head. Medicinal, banana grappa and then dried banana aroma. Tastes juicy and a little sour. Light body, fizzy, weird finish. Drinkable but not good.

beerandbeyond (708) - ISRAEL - JAN 19, 2013
Tap sample at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden color with a decent white head. Aromas of clove, faint smoke, some sulfur and tart wheat. Light malt flavors, mellow fruitiness, canned peach, yeast and some medicinal after taste. Watery light body and not very good.

Rotten taste. Something reminding of french cheese, the wrong way. Very stiff taste. Awkward smell. Something goes wrong in your mouth. I couldn’t finish my 250ml. Missing some the sourness of wheat beer. Bad beer made by good people.

Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 7, 2011
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy tan. Has a spicy, corianderish aroma but is fairly unrefined. Light body, with a spicy accent. Doesn’t come together especially well, but it’s perfectly drinkable.

tomer (3565) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUN 29, 2011
Draught at the brewpub, smallish head, hazy yellow colour, smallish head, at the brewery, smallish head, hazy yellow colour, classic spice, banana and bubblegun aroma, flavour of bubblegum, lemon and fruit, pleasant and very long yeasty sour aftertaste. Very good weizen.

Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2011
Draft and bottles. Is the color of Hoegaarden, very pale milky canary yellow, but without a needed thick head. No lace either. The bland aroma has a minute hint of spice, tangerine, or peach. Is fluffy and lightly effervescent. The flavors re nice. The malt character is solid, and it’s pretty dry. So overall, it’s not bad.

zvikar (6198) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JAN 21, 2011
At the First Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours a pale hazy with a nice wheaty head, aroma of wheat, lemon, some banana notes and some clove, flavor of malt, banana and lemon, quite pleasant with medium body.
