Bottle 1.0l from brewery. Pours hazy brown with almost no head. Low carbonation. Aroma is malt, slightly fruity, alcohol. Taste is malty, rather low bitterness for an IPA , citrus, grapefruit, caramel. Gets better the longer it stays in the glass. First a bit disappointing but later on I think this is a good balanced bitterness IPA.

Bottle at work thanks to Johannes, on his last day. This is a weird one! Clear golden orange pour, thin white head. Smoke and hops and yeast esters on the nose. A real clash of flavours on the taste. Smoky bacon then pine and orange. Sticky finish. Odd.

JorisPPattyn (10072) - BELGIUM - NOV 2, 2016
Medium, bit fluffy off-white head over clear brownish-amber beer. Very strange nose, estery and more than a hint at Weizen(bock) features (clove, nutmeg, banana,....), bread and something left lying too long. Bitter Weizenbock. This is just a Weizenbock with added New World hops, and the flavours just clash. Buttery, faint sweetish, rosewater underbuild. Quite (wheat)slick; bitterness intensifies in the aftertaste, becoming unpleasant, indifferent. Warming up, the rosewater again intensifies; Ouch. And a whole Maß at that!

From bottle at Camping Ratebeer ’15. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has caramel, malts, some vegetables and yeast. Taste is malty with some caramel, yeast and a soft bitter finish. Medium body and carbo.

ciocanelu (2957) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JUL 25, 2016
Hazy, dark orange color with off-white head. Aroma has earthy hops, quince, oranges and maybe a hint of smoke. Taste follows with the same notes from the aroma. Quite sweet for an IPA but hoppy and fruity. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it’s a quite interesting IPA with nice flavors.

Foerdifuxx (416) - Franconia, GERMANY - APR 10, 2016
Clear, light amber coloured beer with a medium-sized, quite long-lasting creme to cappuccino-coloured head. Aromas of citrus and resin hops, raspberry, berries overall. Sweet malty, caramel and citrus hops, woodruff together with some soap. Smoky finish, hides the abv well. Medium to heavy body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Not your everyday IPA. I love smoke, so...

Koelschtrinker (21492) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - AUG 14, 2015
Rauchig hopfiger, sehr runder Antrunk. Intensive Malzigkeit, der Hopfen wirkt fast hintergründig. Mild herb, langer Nachhall, etwas trocken. Gut! 10/11/11/11/9/11

Benzai (16690) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 9, 2015
Sampled @ Camping Ratebeers 2015. Hazy reddish color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sweetish hops, softly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Drinkable.

Bottle @ Camping RateBeers 2015; Nat & Winderig, courtesy of the crew! Pours a clear amber beer with a small off white head on top. Aroma is faint, hoppy, apples, caramel and a bit old maybe? Flavor is light bitter citric and has a long, light bitter and sticky aftertaste. Meh, nothing remarkable here.

@Camping Ratebeer 2015, 1 liter fles.
amber en kraagloos, erg granig aroma verder stro, mout. Smaken van mout, niet al te hoppig helaas, zoet, citrus, graan, matig bitter, zwak zoet, ok afdronk.
