COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American Lager has a laid-back personality and pairs well with just about all edibles. Hops bring a mix of woody, green, floral and fruit notes with subtle herb and spice character. North Fork is a sessionable beer with lower alcohol content for a quick, smooth run. Pack plenty for your post river run refreshment.

Pint on tap at Beer Revolution in Edmonton pours a clear golden color with a small white head that leaves no lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus and grass. Taste is a light citrus and grassy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, a typical lager, nothing special.

Can @ home in the dark with lenincat. Spritzy, dull bread, light toast, mild melon flavor. A touch on the sweet side. Dull bitterness with forgettable hops. Somewhat floral. Kinda boring to me but maybe this can isn’t super fresh.

tmoreau (4513) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - OCT 22, 2016
Shared 12 oz. cans poured to snifters showing a hazed, light gold color, with a modest layer of white, bubbly head foam, and spotty lacing. The nose was typical pils/lager scent, grass & greenery. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the taste added dry & earthy bitterness. No nonsense, crisp, clean, and crushable.
