Maakun (6296) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAR 25, 2017
Free bottle at LiB shared. Almost black with light brown head. Quite some coffee, toffee, dried red berries, roasted nuts, light ash, soft grass. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel.

Mortlach (2490) - Rome, ITALY - DEC 19, 2016
On tap @Birrificio Marconi (Rome). Nera, impenetrabile, schiuma beige media e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona!

Alinamal (1) - POLAND - NOV 26, 2016 does not count
From tap in Pisa. Dark brown, opaque, with brown, coarse froth that vanished quite quickly. Sweet, with very faint bitterness. Full and dense, long finish. With high carbonation but still adorable. Overall, enjoyable and highly recommendable.

MrTipple (5956) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2016
Intense chocolate, pralines, dark, toasted malts, light caramel. Hazy, very dark brown, small, creamy, beige head. Light bitter. More chocolate, cacao, turning to creamy milk chocolate, more caramel or even molasses, soft carbonation, full bodied, more chocolate in the finish. Beautiful Stout, lots of chocolate in aroma and palate, fairly complex, a delight! Bottle at The Italian Job, Chiswick.

jjsint (3429) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2016
Keg tap at the Italian Job, Chiswick. Very dark brown - almost black - with a modest tan head. Charcoal, liquorice, blackberry and a hint smoke. Sweet taste with the roasted malts trailing on the tongue. Nice full finish, low carbonation but that works for this beer. Liquorice with a hint of tobacco and salted plum on the glorious aftertaste. Yum.

zaf (308) - ITALY - MAY 24, 2016
