lvanbelkom (32) - Brampton, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 13, 2013
This is my go-to low carb beer. Nothing special in regards to taste; light fizzy with a bit of flavour... keep it sitting too long and it might taste like flavoured water. A good choice for those with type-1 diabetes or any other carb-restrictive life-style.

Spab (4081) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2012
355 ml can from The Beer Store. Pours a clear golden colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is sweet grain and a little corn. Taste is , sweet, biscuity grain and some creamed corn. Body is light but I might have expected lighter. Pretty underwhelming but not nearly as bad as I’d expected.

Metalchopz (3535) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 24, 2011
Originally rated July 2006. This one came with an explaination of why it came in a brown bottle. All PC beers come in a clear bottle, and this one will go back to the clear bottles as soon as they can make more. Light yellow in colour with a white head that don’t last long, but creates a thin layer on the brew. Active carbonation with not much of aroma. Mild grain and corn scent maybe. Watery mouthfeel with a slight syrupy feel. The taste starts off sour (kind of citrus) and last until the finish where grainy malt and light corn are present. Not as much corn as in all other PC beers though. Not a whole lot of punch, but a satisfying brew for summer and the love of our belly.

Strangebrewer (1345) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 26, 2009
bottle. Poured extremely pale straw colour with a thin white head. A sour white wine aroma. Over carbonated. Light and watery. Tastes like soda water and white wine. Flavour should never be sacrificed from carbs and calories. I won’t be drinking this again.

Papillon (424) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2009
341 mL Bottle. Anemic-pale straw body making it look more like a bubbly white wine than a beer. Instantly dissipating head. Faint aroma is barely discernible, phenolic with sharp notes of under-ripe fruits and a hint of old dirty carpet. Strange flavor I can best describe as a very watery-fizzy combo of sweet corn and melon, an earthy aftertaste followed by a musty basement finish. What on Earth is this stuff?

Cartoonkhaki (1316) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 18, 2007
Very pale yellow body with soap like foam on top of it. Musty attic aroma. Wine like flavour with a little bread and butter mixed in with water. Highly carbonated watery body.

mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2007
[499-20070810] Sample @ TFOB (Toronto, ON). Floral wheat and yeast aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Juniper and grape wheat flavour has more floral notes. Light body is bubbly on the tongue. Like a carbonated soda.

MrManning (2009) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 9, 2006
Bottle- Thanks to "S" for this bottle- Pours very pale transparent yellow with a loud and short lived white foam. Aromas are mild in every sense. Wet paper, corn....stale skunked hops? Very watered down wet cardboard, peppery, seltzer. Urgh, why is this evern made? FInish is spritzy. No one has any business even drinking beer if they are worried about "carbs" so why this is even made is beyond me. Thanks again "S".

pintbypint (3834) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 23, 2005
341ml clear bottle. Pale gold colour, Noisy head, fast vanishing. Minerally dryish aroma, faint grains. Flavour again contains minearl notes, carboardy malt, watery throughout, slight dryness in finish. Rather flat taste overall.

tiggmtl (4543) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 23, 2005
Mild grainy aroma is basically inoffensive. Clear, very pale gold with low white head that recedes to slight ring. Very grainy with fair bitterness. Light body with watery texture and strong carbonation. Clear bottle (Provigo, May-05).
