A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo, Simcoe, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

lightly hopped; clear and golden with minimal head; lighlty bitter to taste; light bodied; average carbonation; easily consumed for an American IPA - definitely drinkable, but watch out because it is strong (7.1%)

12 oz bottle. Pours a golden orange with thin tan head. Nose smells of grapefruit, citrus and floral aromas, very nice. The taste, while decent doesn't quite live up to what the aroma has presented. Grapefruit and malts are most dominant. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange golden with a small white foam head. Smell is floral and complex as well as citrus elements . Taste is bitter and carbonated but not to much of either. Floral hops make for a good session IPA with a dry finish. More complex out of the bottle but easily drinkable in it. Very solid IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2013 Good IPA. Id like it to have a more bitter bite but other than that no complaints here.

A good looking IPA, with plenty of fruity hop aroma but limited bitterness due to a good bit of caramel malt.

Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Nose is piney, skunky hops, and sweet caramel malts with buttery notes. Flavor is dank, piney & citrus hops with sweet crystal malt backing. Medium bodied and a quick bitter finish. Not terrible.

Tap at Blind Tiger, Mahnattan - 30/05/12. Clear copper with an off-white head. Sweet malts, citrus hop and a little buttery diacetyl on the nose. Floral and citrus hops on the palate, a little sweet malt and caramel and again a little buttery note. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation - average IPA.

Absolutely delicious. Bitter, citrusy, grapefruit flavors. Taste develops after every sip. I love this beer, plus compared to other maine beers, its a masterpiece. Reminds me of a thicker Stones IPA. I could drink this beer every day of my life and still say, "Damn thats tasty" after every hefty sip.
