Pours a light copper color with a bubbly and creamy white head which laces a lot. Aroma of floral hops. Taste is clean but little in the way of body for an IPA, only slight bitterness with a grassy aftertaste. This needs body to be a quality IPA and a touch more bitterness. ken1 (2003) - DENMARK - APR 18, 2013
A very nice hoppy aroma, but a bit lacking bitterness. Floral notes. Amber in color with a white head. reebtogi (6277) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 18, 2013
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that settles quite quickly leaving some thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some citrus notes. Taste is a grassy and herbal hop bitterness with an underlying malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation. A bit harsher than some of the better IPA’s out there, but still a pretty decent brew. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - APR 14, 2013
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear copper color with a moderate white head. Nose is definitely hoppy with some subtle herb notes to it. Taste is slightly bitter, but ends up being very smooth and easy to drink. I like it. Fritz123 (1535) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - APR 7, 2013
12 oz. bottle pour in South Florida. American pint glass. Pours a very hazy dark orange-amber color with a thick white head. Head disappeared quickly. Lacing was light throughout. Aroma was a musty smell of earth, grass, and dirt. Taste was bitter hops with grass, soil and mildew. Mouth was carbonation, grains, yeast and bitterness. Not something I will frequent.

Pours orange has a small one finger white head dissipated within a minute. It left some light foamy lacing and no rings. There was a fair amount of rising carbonation, the aroma has pine and the hops with some minor floral tones. the taste is bitter through the previously mentioned flavors, the palate is medium body and the carbonation was felt in my mouth. It left a somewhat dry finish, overall, decent for the style, but nothing to scream about.

Appearance: Hazy orange with an off white head.
Aroma: Spice and toffee.
Flavor: Diacetyl and hops.
Palate: Medium bodied and moderately carbonated.
Overall: An interesting beer, but not what I would consider a good example of an IPA. blankboy (7689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 22, 2013
Bottle [12oz]. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a large lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of slightly grassy hops, a bit piney and citrusy, along with some fruit and sweet bready malt. Flavour of hops and bready malt along with some fruit, earthiness and a decent bitter finish. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Medium bodied. Pretty good and one of the better organic beers I’ve had for sure. pinkie (470) - New York, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Pours hazy orange with a generous head of foam that lasted well . Shrank slowly to some impressive craggy lace. Nose is tantalizing with absolutely fresh sweet citrus hops that smell like they are in bloom in the glass. A little dank, a little forest floor too. A respectable malt presence in the nose with light grain, honey and biscuit. Drank well at first and followed the nose with a little pine, some earthy yeast quality and some hops bitter. The malt disappeared somewhat but it did offer a little butter and toast and a little sweetness. Then as it warmed the character changed into something downright vegetal, leafy like lettuce & even a little corn. Malt is too far in back at this point. Tasted muddy, not really clear or crisp. Finished bitter and tried to be dry. Would not buy again. collinmb (66) - - FEB 22, 2013
A dark gold mirky ipa, little white head barely any lacing. Aroma is a bit off to me. A decent mix of botter and sweet.
