hki. Yellow hazy. Grapefruity, piney fruity hops, pretty usual hoppy us ipa. Some straw. Med bodied, pretty easy for the abv. Bitter, bittery finish, almost harsh (but not quite). The malts are pale flavoured, quite grainy/huskey/strawy, dry. The strawy mild grainy malts seems to be a thing for these guys.

Rated on 01-23-2016 (Bottle) The appearance is a small off-white head that mostly diminished, hazy amber golden body, very little carbonation observed, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma presents citrus hops, light pine hops, floral, bitter, light grapefruit, earthy, light spice, sweet, and caramel malt. The flavor is quite bitter, citrus hops, some grapefruit, semi-sweet, earthy, and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is lively and heavy carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this beer has a very bitter taste to it and a bitter aftertaste as well. The hops are very evident in the aroma and the flavor and in a good way. A good brewed IPA. ciocanelu (2458) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - DEC 22, 2015
8.2% ABV version. Hazy orange color with off-white head. Aroma is bursting with dank hops. Chives, dill and other garden herbs come to mind. Taste follows, nice and hoppy but not very bitter at first. Builds up a bit towards the finish and lingers in the aftertaste. Body and carbonation are smooth and the alcohol is really well hidden, making the beer very drinkable. Overall this was a nice surprise. tricksta_p (4523) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - DEC 15, 2015
Bottle at home. 8.2% ABV. Aroma is grassy, tea, grapefruit, hint of pine, light bready malt, hops, mild herbal notes. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is medium. Basically nothing special, but I enjoyed this grassy IPA with a touch of herbal tea. Bosbouw (2898) - Gemonde, NETHERLANDS - DEC 12, 2015
Mooie oranje kleur met een volle kraag. Ruikt fruitig, citrus, orange. Smaakt fruitig, bitter, citrus. Beetje orange. Bittere afsrink Idiosynkrasie (7421) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - DEC 10, 2015
355ml bottle [8.2%abv]. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Piney, slightly resinous and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, cautious hints of orange, notes of coniferes in general, a touch of peanut, minimally cheesy as well. Taste is piney hoppy, slightly bitter, minimally sweet caramel malty basis with a nuttily touch, hints of peanut, dry, woody hints of coniferes, green wood, woodruff, a cautious touch of mint. Green, herbal, woody, catches the vernal reawakening of nature in the forest.
