3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden brown with a very large off-white head that lasted through three-quarters of the glass and left big sticky clumps of foam from the initial pour. Aroma of malt with a touch of sweetenss and not much else. The flavor is malt with a bit of breadiness followed by some moderate hops bitterness. A bit dry on the palate in the aftertaste. Cheers to Shipyard for making an organic beer.
Citrus and grassy smell.
Nice pale gold body with white foam.
Lighty bitterness and nice drinkability. Borresteijn (7403) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - JAN 30, 2017
35cl Bottle from Deen. ABV is 5.1%, brewed and bottled by Peak (not for, but by). Shipyard not mentioned on the label. BB 10-2016 (why even bother importing this stuff?). Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of soft citrus, light veggies, light malty, a bit herbal, English Pale Ale character. Flavour is light to medium sweet, light malty, light herbal, some citrus, light hoppy, decent bitterness, hint of veggies. Light bodied, a bit fizzy. Not bad. This pale ale poured a light cloudy yellow colour with a bright white head. Scents include citrus hops with added juniper, bread, cream and a little corn. First swig was a little thin but very nice hop flavour. Somewhat bitter with flavours of lemon citrus and grass with a little honey and flowers. Finish is bitter with hops lingering.

Just expired. 12fl oz bottle at home from FirmaBier. Nose is fruity malty. Body is slightly opalescent yellow orange, head is medium, white, fizzy, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma is malty, peach, light spicy. Light sweet, medium bitter. Finish is medium lasting hoppy medium bitter, quite watery. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing, weird, not too tasty.

Goudgeel, witte schuimkraag die wat snel inzakt, iets wazig en veel koolzuur activiteit zichtbaar.
Aroma: Licht citrus, floraal / plantaardig.
Hazy blond colour with thin head. Aroma has some toast. Flavour has a touch of sharp grapefruit. Quite fresh tasting. tfontana (1088) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 10, 2016
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass. Appearance is hazy pale yellow with greenish tinge (urine-like) with nice sparkle, finger-width creamy head with nice retention, decent lacing. Aroma is strong herbs (a little like armpit) over slight floral and malty tones. Taste is mostly the herbal component of the aroma with bitter and slightly tart qualities dominating second half. Palate is medium bodied with light, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry, crisp lightly bitter finish. Overall, a decent enough appearance and palate but the herbal nature of the aroma and taste are not for me. mice (1009) - FINLAND - JUL 22, 2016
Kirkas kullankeltainen olut nopeasti katoavalla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa reilusti eksoottista hedelmää, lähinnä mangoa, maltaisuutta ja kevyesti ruohoa. Maku hedelmäinen ja kevyesti ruohoinen ja yrttinen. Keskitäyteläinen, kohtalaisen runsaasti hiilihappoja Tjeerd (612) - GERMANY - JUL 9, 2016
Yellow, hazy, small head. No clear aroma but nice taste. Fresh (though a bit watery). Good mouthfeel and long aftertaste (light bitter and metallic)
