Bottle. Amber pour with a short white head. Aroma is piney and citrusy with floral hops and soft caramel. Big pine and floral hops in the flavor profile along with soft caramel, citrus fruit, toasted malt and faint grains. Body is medium with a dense, bubbly carbonation. Finishes with more pine, floral hops, citrus notes, caramel, toasted bread and soft grains. theyshookhands (243) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - FEB 4, 2012

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of earthy, resiny and tropical hop notes with some toasted malts. Spruce nose, delightfully strong. Clear amber, no head. Spruce and pine flavor. Piney, sessionable, and not overdone. Fresh and green, little backbone, but that’s ok.

Summary: A decent APA.
12oz bottle from Premier Gourmet. Slightly hazy fairly deep amber with a huge lasting creamy/fizzy whitish head. Smells like ... Simcoe; catty, pungent, some alcohol, a bit mild. Taste - follows, milder even, a touch roasty, leafy, dry .... average body, mild carbonation, fairly quick dry, slightly earthy finish. Nothing special, but very, very sessionable. jjuf1853 (1302) - Land O Lakes, Florida, USA - AUG 9, 2011

8/6/11. 12oz bottle. Faintly hazy orange pour with a small off-white head that fades but laces a ton. Fruity, slightly sour hop aroma with cattiness and seltzer. Decent, but light, flavor with grassiness, a touch of lemon peel, and graininess. Meh.
