Bottle. Pours a bright golden color with a thin off white head. Floral/piney aroma. This is a great showcase beer for Simcoe hops. It brings out the flavor of the hops but its not overwhelming and well balanced. I’ve not had this hop variety much before and it may be an acquired taste but the more I drink of this beer the more I like it. I’ve had hit or miss with Peak Organic in the past but this is now one of my favorites from them. BrewBoxer (2664) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 6, 2014
Bottle. Pours a tan brown color with a huge fluffy head. Smells and tastes of hops with a smooth lemon sweetness. Very sessionable.. cant wait to have more once the weather gets warmer DruncanVeasey (8283) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2014
Keg, On Tap, Whole Foods Market, Columbus Circle, 19/02/14. Light misted gold haloed with white. That brittle dry curry leaf Simcoe I love; grapefruit, mellow pine and botanicals over a clinging, lightly buttered biscuit malt base. Top sessions; wouldn’t disgrace itself in Sheffield or the Felix Holt of a pre-match Saturday lunchtime. Nose is aniseed, curry leaf, flowers and passion fruit. Excellent.

Pours a clear light amber with a white head. Aromas of not much really...some honey, a touch of grassy hops. Taste is slightly sour, bready, some toffee and some simcoe cat piss. Pretty watery mouthfeel. Finishes slightly sweet with not much bite. Meh. MrBeerFanatic (1069) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Light clear amber with a foamy pillowed head. Aromas of pine/citrus, grapefruit, caramel, and slight peach. Flavors of light peach, light pine/grapefruit, and slight caramel. Leaves a light bitter finish with slight corn. Light to medium sweet. Decent. coyforce (684) - California, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Smooth brew. Aroma is malty. Palate is smooth and tasteful. Taste is light wheat and malty. high_on_hops (809) - Burlingame, California, USA - MAY 24, 2013
On tap. Pours a medium gold with a thin white head and lacing. It has a great aroma of grapefruit, some grass, and pine. The flavor is great floral and grassy hops up front, with a maltier middle and hoppy but balanced finish over a smooth body.
