Had on tap at a local pub, poured into a pint.
A: clear amber color, nice 1/4" head with great retention, gobs of lacing.
S: slight pine and caramel
T: sweet caramel, buiscuit, over taken by distinctive simcoe hop flavor. Outstanding.
M&d: light to medium bodied , light carbonation. Good drinkability, not drying.
Really quite a revelation!!!
This was on clearance....spring beer on sale at the end of summer, so maybe ratings could be a few points higher if fresh. Sort of a pale ale-copper ale hybrid. Light gold to copper appearance. Flavor of light caramel malt, slight citrus, and decent hop balance. I’ve seen similar harvest ales that come out in fall. r464 (2361) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 31, 2015
Very dry. Bitter with grapefruit zest, an earthy and woody quality. Dry bitter citrus, classic Simcoe hops through the finish. sloshgator (741) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Peak Organic Simcoe Spring Ale is a nice well-balanced pale good for any occasion. Bright amber pour with a fluffy white head. Moderate floral aroma. Taste is an enjoyable mix of pine, florals and fruity notes with none of these overpowering the other -- just a nice blend. Simcoe Spring Ale is a nice quaff for Spring, Summer or anytime! trapped (3218) - New York, TURKEY - MAY 27, 2015
Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy dark orange with small foamy off-white head, light grassy hops aroma, low carbonation, yeasty taste with moderately piney hops flavor, medium finish. Leaves much to imagination I’m afraid. bytemesis (8540) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAY 25, 2015
Bottle. Pours crystal clear orange, small beige head, dissipates fairly slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is dank, caramel, cat piss. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, cat piss and danked up pine needles. Light body.

Earthy citrusy aroma with slight diacetyl. Bready malts
Pours a hazy golden color with small disappearing white head
Earthy, floral hops with citrus notes, bready biscuity malts.
Medium bodied with medium CO2, lingering hopiness.
Enjoyable pale ale. Similar to their original pale ale. I'm not sure which I like better.

Tap pour. Clean basketball orange in glass. Healthy head and lacing. Very mild aroma. Taste plays a little stronger. Light citrus. Simcoe of you focus on it / are primed. Eh. Iphonephan (7008) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - APR 15, 2015
From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Juicy tropical fruit and light citrus flavors. Light bitter finish. AdamChandler (5081) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - APR 13, 2015
Clear gold. No head aroma is pineor ward, a little tropical fruit thin taste. Finish is thin, simcoe is tasty but not a lot going on. It’s a good thing I like this hope variety. Fatehunter (2568) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - APR 11, 2015
Pours a finger of head on a clear straw body.
The aroma is bright flowers, pine and honey. Nice.
The taste has dry bitterness throughout, a touch of sweetness in the middle.
The texture is crisp.
Great aroma and a good flavor.
