Tallahassee, Fl - Quick-N-Save - pint can. Hazy, light golden pour, creamy snow white head that sticks around a while. Aroma has some lemony notes, a touch of saffron spice, some grassiness. Flavor has a nice tanginess to it, with a sharp citrusy bite, some allspice notes. Crisp, dry mouthfeel. Decent. AirForceHops (7680) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 9, 2016
16 oz. can purchased at Craft Beer Cellar (Amesbury). Can dated 8/26/16. Turbid golden color, lasting white head. Aroma shows HUGE grapefruit peel, mild grassy hints, and pale malt. bigda83 (854) - Jamestown, New York, USA - SEP 9, 2016
Wow! In a blind taste test, I never would have guessed this was a Peak Organic brew.
Good amount of hop punch. Lots of dry grapefruit peel. The pale malt keeps it light in regards to body and texture has a nice soft / airy mouthfeel. The bitterness is light to moderate and never becomes abrasive. I am impressed with this!
Can. Picked this up after seeing reviews. I had Peak stuff in the past before I got into rating and never liked them so I swore not to try any others, but glad I picked this up. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a sudsy white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, and some slight onion. Flavor was lots of lemon lime up front, light pine notes, and hints of the onion. Light body, sticky texture, good carbonation, easy finish. Solid and crushable. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - SEP 8, 2016
Solid IPA ! Scooped up for a fair price and drank like a boss. Medium golden hue with two fingers of white foam. Balance of citrus, light tropical fruit, pine and grass. Bitterness is well integrated and it has a clean dry finish. Light rustic malt backbone with a hint of toasted grain and great mouthfeel and structure. johnnnniee (4405) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 2, 2016
Can from Bert;s
Slightly hazy deep yellow with a bubbly white head that shows moderate retention. Grassy HUGE citrus especially juicy grapefruit and pith with light apricot on the nose with some faint crackery malt underneath. More pith than juice in the flavor although both are present. Resinous lightly grassy flavor with some faint crackery malt to counter. Lingering bitter resinous finish. Its juicy like they say, but its also harshly bitter and lightly astringent. Decent, but needs some work if it wants to hang with the best of them.

Can. Poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Juicy as the name implies, citrus and tropical fruitiness. Gonzin (187) - ARGENTINA - AUG 31, 2016

From a can bought at Top Hops in NYC over one year old.
The beer is hazy golden/orange with a light white head. Aroma is flowery/citrus. Taste is mandarin/sweet fruits with a scent of bitterness in the end - actually a quite good beer compared to its age. mstrcrwly (1000) - New York, USA - AUG 29, 2016

16 oz. can acquired at Craft Beer Cellar in Westford, MA. Strong citrusy aroma on opening can. Taste follows along the citrusy line also but nicely balanced with more bitterness than I anticipated. If I were blindfolded, I’d probably guess this was an IPA but, whatever the style designation, it’s a very satisfying brew that made me wish I’d purchased a 4-pack. If it doesn’t reach NH soon, I’ll be revisiting the CBC in the near future..
