COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This winter wheat beer uses dark malting to provide subtle toasty notes. We then single-hop and dry-hop this beer with Citra hops from our friend Brad’s farm. Interesting pineapple notes from the Citra hop provide a stark contrast to the toasty notes in the body. An engaging and sessionable Winter Seasonal. ABV: 5% IBUs: 62

Aroma is fruitier than expected and lively caramel aromas blend together with candy-like notes. Bread and toasted malts with a citrusy aura. Taste is sweet caramel notes, a slight red berry sting and light herbs. Clean and smooth with a little more bitterness from what I like in them Dunkels. Dry, fruity finish with slightly pumped up bitterness.

Nutty, soft roasted taste, cereal, caramel, bread and grapefruit. Crisp and herbal finish with mild citrus zesty bitterness.

Sample at a Systembolaget tasting. This has a fruity candy-like aroma that makes me think of candy like Tutti Frutty and Ferrari cars. It’s tropical fruits like pineapple. Similar taste but more bready. Smooth mouthfeel and easy to drink.

A very unique dark and hoppy wheat ale. On draft in Camden, Maine... Bits of sweet maltiness paired with sour hop and yeast notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Pours brown with amber highlights and a nice head. Nice citrus and roast malt aromas. Interesting taste, a lot going on, but it seems muddled and somewhat aqueous. Some bitterness in the finish.
