COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This winter wheat beer uses dark malting to provide subtle toasty notes. We then single-hop and dry-hop this beer with Citra hops from our friend Brads farm. Interesting pineapple notes from the Citra hop provide a stark contrast to the toasty notes in the body. An engaging and sessionable Winter Seasonal. ABV: 5% IBUs: 62

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear dark brown, mid sized head. Tangerine aroma, Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Toffee and tangerine. Mid bitter finish. Contains no wheat malt according to label, so this beer must have changed over time. Decent amber ale.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Thanks, Mom! Pours clear, copper-red with a creamy, off-white foam head. Has a rather nice aroma of toasted caramel, pine, orange, and sweet bread. Flavor follows reasonably well. Quite citrusy with light to medium sweetness, plenty of toasty bread, modest bitterness. Light to medium bodied with mouth-filing, lively carbonation. Slightly sticky to finish, mild sweetness, some citrus, pine and grass hops, light toast. Decent enough beer, though the overall character seems to falter after the aroma and limp a bit thereafter.

330ml bottle - thanks martjoobolut!
Dark mushroomy aroma. Deep red, brief head. Dirty messy malts. Watery palate. Some esters, so is an ale, but what the fudge is it? A mess. Admins for this region are asleep, theres no wheat here at all. 100+ raters, and nobodys noticed this is miscategorised?!?!? Shame on you.

Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours darkly ruddy with a foamy off-white head. Pineapple? Maybe. And some roast malt. Near full body. Flavor is roast malt with a lot of hop flavor. Nicely bittingly bitter. This is dang flavorful stuff. Pineapple? Yeah, maybe, probably, ok, they say it is. Why not?
