Birra Dolomiti Pils has a very thick, white head and a clear, golden appearance, with lots of streaming bubbles and a good amount of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of light and sweet barley malt. One tastes lightly-toasted barley malt, sweet bread, a touch of hop bitterness at the end, and just a dash of lemon. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Birra Dolomiti Pils finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing. Drinkability is exceptional. Overall, this is a very good beer, and I recommend it. (500ml bottle dated 4-2010 thanks to bu11zeye) clear still pour, light amber in color. Nose of caramel, raw grain and wheat. Taste of bread, raw grain and unsweet caramel. BarZigKin (511) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - NOV 1, 2010
500ml split with DarkBeerChick. Poured a deep honey colored body with a quickly receding bubbly head. Aroma is fruity, lightly sweet, raisins(?) and malty. Flavors were lightly malty, medium sweet (caramel), grainy and a floral hop finish. This was much better than I had thought it would be. wozap (1008) - Węgorzewo, POLAND - JAN 17, 2017
Złote, klarowne, piana drobna, redukuje do powłoczki na tafli. Czysty słodowy aromat bez wad, w smaku wytrawnie, niskie nasycenie. Goryczka na finiszu zaznaczona - trawiasta, całkiem wyraźna i długa. bedzinianin06 (601) - - JUN 10, 2017
Złote, klarowne. Ładna piana, średnie pęcherzyki. W aromacie czuć nuty słodowe (też lekko przypiekane) i kwiatowe, pochodzące od chmielu. Średnie nagazowanie. Goryczka średnio-niska - mentolowa, przyjemna. W smaku dominuje chmiel, potem słód. Piwo ma czysty, lagerowy profil.

Fajny, rześki pils, z wyraźnym chmielem.
Bottle from Spec’s in downtown Houston. Originally, my hubby and I tried this at Silver Eagle Distributor’s fall tasting and we were surprised at how good it was considering Italians aren’t known for their beer. :) It pours golden yellow with light white head and gentle lacing. The aroma reminds me of a Belgian - sweet, fruity with hints of clove, spice and banana. It’s light and refreshing, but the taste isn’t as bold as it’s aroma. In fact, it’s a little TOO light in flavor, but would be a great thirst quencher on a hot Texas day. Flavor is a mix of fruit, hay and something else I can’t quite put my finger on...different, but good. luttonm (6854) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 14, 2015
.5l in Trieste. Sunny bright yellow, creamy white head. Fresh worth grain aroma, smelling like a brewery. Smooth sip, quite refreshing and clean. Touch of battering and citrus or banana. Quite nice.
