Cask in the Market Porter. Alround rating: Buttery pale amlt, some diactyl but it stays in check, grassy and some raw bitterness, but it stays as an alright drink. Get rid of the diactyl and your sorted.

Bottle at 4% from Homebrew Bottle Shop, Oxton in Birkenhead. Appearance - golden with a decent head and a slight haze. Nose - lemon and orange maybe. Biscuit at the back. Taste - lemon and biscuit. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - a solid citizen.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly buttery, lightly bitter. Meh, not very good. Although, it’s drinkable and by no means filthy. But not something I would order again very soon.
