Pour is alight white hazy yellow not much head retention. Taste is lime juice and coconut sugar makes for a good combo.
One of the best parts about cleaning the apartment is finding old tasting notes! Sampled with Linh at the first annual Berliner Bash on the Bay in 2012. Pours a golden yellow body with light haze and soft white lacing. Mouthfeel is tart with a nice zip to it and light grain counterpart; notes of bright lime, fresh tart funk, sour wheat, faint coconut, zesty grass and lemon. Great lime berliner. hopscotch (11236) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 13, 2012
Draft… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Hazy straw-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is all about lime, mango and coconut. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and medium carbonation. The flavor is crisp, light and thin, but quite tart and fruity – mango and coconut. Finishes crisp and clean. Simple and subtle, but refreshing on a hot day. crosamich (474) - Twin Falls, Idaho, USA - JUN 25, 2012
on tap at Cajun sour fest. aroma is vomit. flavor is good though. Coconut is a little lost but nice lime flavors kicking around in there. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 22, 2012
on tap @Cajun Sourfest-pours hazy straw with a thin white head. Aroma is lime, raw wheat-sulphur. Taste is lime, raw wheat, barn. No real sour or acidic. burg326 (5606) - Florida, USA - JUN 18, 2012
On draft at Sour Fest, poured a light yellow, almot coconut juice color, aromas of fresh squeezed limes, and coconut. Flavors are the same, while it was refreshong, there wasnt much tartness. Remminded me more of juice than a berliner.

6/16/12. On tap at the Cajun Sourfest. Hazy golden pour with a small head. Light citrus aroma with lots of lime and a good smidgen of coconut. Lovely tart lime flavor with tons of lingering coconut. This is awesome! markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 22, 2012
On draft at Peg’s for Berliner Bash 2012. This was the lime berliner that was not around for very long. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is lime, tart and prickly citrus with some lactic character, and bit of lime zest. Flavor is similar with lime, lactic, and wheat character underlying it. Very nice berliner.
