Draft… Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012… Pours hazy and lightly golden with a glimmer of orange and a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Smells like freshly crushed mint fringed by more subdued, rindy, herbal components and a light dose of lactic acid. Light to medium-bodied and mildly coarse with soft carbonation. The flavor is tangy – moderately acidic – with a satisfying pinch of freshly ground mint. No sweetness here. Finishes crisp, dry and very refreshing. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2012
On tap at Peg’s during the Berliner Bash. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a nice light wheat-grain color with a fizzy white head. The nose starts off quite well with nice mint character and a bit of lime zest in the background. Some light acidity sits behind it all. Flavor is even better. Mint and lime work so well with the base beer. Light body with spritzy carbonation. Uber sessionable. I would love to have this all day long. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Draft with Linh at Peg’s during the Berliner Bash 2012. Pours a hazy yellow body. Aroma is sweet fruit, lime, and a bit of mint. Mouthfeel is light and slightly tart with nice notes of lime, lemon, funk and other light fruit notes. Very unique. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 22, 2012
On draft at Peg’s during Berliner Bash. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is mint, slight lime, some citrus, and some tart character. Flavor is similar- berliner tartness underlying a minty and limey drink. Medium in body and finishes with bits of lime. Interesting; I guess I am just not a mojito kind of guy. burg326 (5594) - Florida, USA - MAY 22, 2012
On draft at Berliner Bash, poured a light orangeish yellowish color, aromas of limes, mint, and some sugar. Flavor is light tart limes and lemons, with some mint thrown in. Interesting beer overall, mostly a tart mojito, refreshing, an would love to have again.

Tap at Peg’s Cantina. Pours a full haze, glowing gold with acid cut foam. On spot mojito aroma with mint leafs, sugar cane, mild rum and huge lemon/lime acid. Taste is on the ball. Holy cow- fresh mojito all the way with lemonade/limeade, sugarcane, big mint leaf. Beautifully lactic, sharp palate. Zippy and fresh. Delicious. Successful experiment.
