Bottle from Monoprix, Cannes. C?lear light pale amber with a small white foam head. Nose is barley grain chaff, sweet, slight sherberty tartness, toasted grains. Taste is grain chaff, grassy, straw, toasted grains. Decent. Dry tangy yeast. No corn taste or aroma.

2.8
DraftDodger (1512) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2017
Provence 13/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Spar. Pictogram of an heroic Albatros on the can. Pours clear yellow with bubbly white head. Settles as thin but creamy layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is a little subdued. Sweet caramel and faint notes of Belgian yeast. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is medium sweet followed by a quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet caramel balanced by bitterness. Quite pleasant for a mass-produced beer from Heineken.

tmdaines (74) - Stretford, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2017
Fizziness bubbles out into honey sweetness, which trails off. Would be nice if Côte Brasserie offered a decent beer.

2
Serapac (483) - CZECH REPUBLIC - APR 27, 2017
On tap, Hotel Omega, Sophia Antipolis. The usual no character mass lager.

2
stupre (344) - Nanterre, FRANCE - MAR 25, 2017
On tap after the game. Bière très classique sans trop d’intérêt. Pour la soif.
