Aroma frontal caramel sweetness, lighter hop character, touch of citrus.
Appearance slight haze on amber. Medium off white top. Some lace shown. 3+.
Flavor and Palate : Medium light bodied. Citrus in themed. Thinner walls. Drinkable , nice ale.
Amber pour with a thin white head. The nose is a little bit sweet and honeyed. Some light pepper and a fairly light pale malt character. Some soft spice and a touch of herbal character. A little bit of light pepper and some light fruit. A little bit of sweetness, but a touch of soft fruit. Some light spiciness and a touch of clove. Quite dry and crackery. It’s not going to blow any minds, but it’s well-made.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light estery aroma with spice. Fruity estery flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Fruity esters linger with light spice and light malt. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 26, 2012
22. Pours a crystal clear burnished medium amber with a loose and sudsy whitish head. Intermittent drippy lace. Mild tangy honey and lemon nose with a bit of grass. Watery lightish body with subdued carb. Honey, caramel, floral notes, and a bit of grass on the mid palate. Not much happening here. dfinney23 (3395) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Nice balance of hops and malt but a little too sweet for my taste. And anything claiming Belgian influence needs complexity. rmussman (1701) - California, USA - FEB 12, 2012
Sampled in a bomber. A really nice pale ale with quality belgian maltiness. Drinks smooth. Served at room temperature and really enjoyed! chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2012
Cask (gravity dispense) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Amber colour. Quite fruity aroma, maybe a touch of tropical/pineapple. Some modest but decent tangy and slightly herbaceous hops in the flavour. Not a huge influence from the Belgian yeast. Pleasant, if middle of the road. Easy-drinking and easygoing.
