COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beak Breaker is our newest homage to big, aromatic IPAs—we reimagined what a double IPA could be in 2016 with all the new hop varieties available today and even a new dry hop injection process we just developed (Mosaic, Citra and Centennial hops).

Bomber. Floral hop aroma with notes of citrus and pine resiny hops as well as a hint of caramel. Pours clear amber colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with floral and citrus hop flavors as well as some caramel malt. Finishes dry and quite bitter with pine resiny hop flavors that cling to the palate after each sip. Pretty good, but has a very bitter finish.

355ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, flabby, moderately lasting, and lacing, white head. Piney, resinous, hoppy aroma, notes of spruce, coniferes in general, hints of mandarine and orange, mandarine jelly, marmalade, perfumed, floral overtones, pale malty background with minimal caramel malt touch adumbrates bone-dry taste. Taste is dry and bitter hoppy, surprisingly sweet (moderately) pale and caramel malty backbone, notes of pine, spruce, resin, orange, mandarine, a touch of lemon zest, slightly perfumed, floral hoppy overtones; full body, smooth and soft palate. Clean and punchy, paradigmatic West Coast style DIPA.

Tap in Cannon Beach. Gold color, not much head and carbonation is low. This is an old school type of double ipa. Dry, resinous hops. Bitter, some grapefruit, and a little pine. Some sugar, which is necessary to get the abv up there.
