Tap in Cannon Beach. Gold color, not much head and carbonation is low. This is an old school type of double ipa. Dry, resinous hops. Bitter, some grapefruit, and a little pine. Some sugar, which is necessary to get the abv up there. tricksta_p (5565) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - JUL 21, 2017
Bottle at Van Moll, Eindhoven. Big fruity hop aroma with juicy tropical fruits, citrus, soft notes of pine and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Well-balanced brew, lovely smooth juicy IIPA. ruigo (3080) - PORTUGAL - JUL 18, 2017

On tap at the Pacific City BP Clear deep orange with a thin but dense and persistent offnwhite head and lacing big piney hop aroma and flavors. Malt body is thick and smooth and some Carmelized malts are present. Long lingering pine and sweet trailer. Smooth and heavy. Nice hop flavors.

Citrus tropical hop aroma. Pours golden clear with a sudsy white head. A nice intense citrus pine hop flavor, dry, lighter bodied, hops linger forever. Excellent.

Very good. Both of us liked it. We should buy some if we ever want a stronger beer. Had it on our date to Pacific City

Aroma of passionfruit, apricot and clove. Taste is sweet malts, earthy and fresh hops with pretty good balance. Decent stuff. ricke49 (116) - La Pine, Oregon, USA - MAY 17, 2017
UPDATED: JUL 30, 2017 Big citrus grapefruit lime hoppiness to start...but smoothed out well by a malt presence. Great golden color, pure white frothy head. A bit low on the aroma. Alcohol pretty much subdued in taste... but not in effect (22 oz bottle, even consumed at a sipping pace) WILL catch up to you. Very dry finish. Highly drinkable for a true double IPA. Not oily like some west coast DIPAs.
