Pours with nice head and floral. Clear amber with reddish hues. Great balance of strength bitterness and malty. Nice mouth-feel with strong hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Great "drinkability" for a DIPA which can spell trouble! Pelican brewing continues putting solid beers on the shelves!

Re-Rating 2/10/2018: From the bottle, it's strong, tastes like a ton of hops, and would knock anyone out who wasn't ready for it. My rating not only holds, but increases... tightslice (1537) - Redwood City, California, USA - SEP 10, 2017
Bottle from BevMo! in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is grapefruit, bright and fresh tropical fruits. Taste is sticky grapefruit jam without being cloying. Keeps on drinking. A standout DIPA lately. BuckeyeBoy (9342) - Boise, Idaho, USA - SEP 27, 2016
22oz bottle pours out a crisp golden topped with a fluffy head. Nose is great pacific Northwest ipa citrus big resin caramel malt sweetness. Taste is more of the rich caramel malt sweetness big citrus orange resin hops. Man I really like this. dnstone (4127) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - MAY 30, 2017
Citrus tropical hop aroma. Pours golden clear with a sudsy white head. A nice intense citrus pine hop flavor, dry, lighter bodied, hops linger forever. Excellent.

Bomber from Capitol Beer. Pours bright gold with a white head. Aroma is rather dankish; Citrus for sure. Arguably some floral. Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is lots of hop, with a decent and detectable caramel backbone. Flavor is hop burn/dankish - lots of resin/citrus with some earth and fruit. Lots going on here. Very tasty.
