Bottle:   Hazy straw, moderate foamy white head, spotty lacing.   A little bit darker/yellower than
most Belgian Wits.   Wheaty aroma, spicy, some corriander and orange like spices.   A little mealy wheatiness
on the tongue.   Spices dont really translate to the mouth.   Seems they are mostly in the nose.   Body
and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Clean, wheaty, clean finish.   Wished it were more spicy.
Mealiness is light, unlike many American examples.   As an American Wheat I would say its fairl tasty.   For a
Belgian Wit, its not as spicy as I would have expected.   Because its so clean, its still a treat to drink. omhper (25546) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2010

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2010 2010-06-28. Very lightly hazy pastel yellow body, white head. 3+ Mild yeasty estery aroma. 7+ Flavour has a tart wheaty bite to it, light bitterness throughout. Less estery than the aroma. Average to light palate. Better and much more to style than the sample we had at NAOBF. 7/3+/6+/3/ 13 - 3.3 Sampler at the brewpub, Pacific City.

Bottle... Poured hazy orange with a thick, white head. Aroma of spiced esters, cloves, coriandor. Lots of banana flavors and crisp yeast tones. Slight hop earthiness with wheat malts, straw, passion fruit, and even mint. cmonster (1000) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 19, 2009
Bomber served in a Weizen glass. Pale yellow, slightly hazy, with a huge fluffy, white head. Light, wheat nose. Tangy sweet flavor of banana and spice. Crisp and refreshing. I could drink a few of these. Nice Heifer. 19Ei8hty (1166) - Washington, USA - AUG 30, 2009
Bready malt body featuring wheat malt character. Golden cloudy straw body with a light thin white head. Spice notes from corriander present along with clove notes and a crisp, grassy hop presence. Obligatory banana hints and soft citrus on the finish. cprochak (590) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 27, 2009
On tap at the brewery on 6/27/09. Typical banana and bread aroma, touch of citrus. pours hazy gold with nice white head that didn’t last. Straight up sweetness, with just a touch of bitterness. Nothing special, but a solid brew from a great brewery. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - JUL 5, 2009
Nice clove aroma. Seemed to be a cross between a hefe and a wit. Some of the flavors were working at cross purposes.
