355ml bottle bought at YATA in MOKO, Mong Kok.

Clear golden yellow colour with slight traces of yeast sediments; Three quarter finger head with crumpety white foam which lasts for one minute. beautiful sticky lacing with fizzy small carbonation; Fragrant but slightly pungent aroma of malt, with floral, raw plum, apricots, yellow fruits, honey, sugar, dry biscuits, strong yeast, light lemon and fair grass; Close to light sweet taste of Pils malt, with light apricots, light floral, molasses notes, dry biscuits, strong yeast, lemon, moderate bitter hops and grass; Close to light body. Dry, criso and slick palate; Mouth feel is full Pils maltyness in a rather smooth and light background. Very dry like a Belgian White, with some light but good apricots and floral tightly hugging the dry biscuits. Nice!... Hoppiness is floral, yellow fruits, light lemon and light grass in nose and taste; Bitterness is moderate to strong for a lasting, mid-astringent malty yeasty finish; Dry after taste; Crisp, fruity and fairly bitter to mouth.

This is a very nice play of Ale and Lager, with excellent head and lacing, full Pils maltyness, dry crisp to the tongue, fruity aroma and taste, and a strong Hallertau like hoppy finish. What more can I say, this is simply enjoyable!

One2remeber (247) - Bucktown, Ohio, USA - DEC 2, 2015
Draft, Beer Hall. Creamed corn, crisp pale malt. Wet dish rag. Watermelon laffy taffy yeast character. Reminiscent to a BC Killer Whale. Lemon dish soap. Big fruity esters in taste. Yellow, tropical fruit, banana, melon, mango. Moderately high bitterness. Mouth puckering up front, CO2 tinge, but not too distracting from malt. Yeast is the focal point. Wish the malt was more in the forefront. Very light body, watery. Carbonation and yeast dominate. Still drinkable, would work on fermx temps.

joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - NOV 22, 2015
22 oz bottle. It pours a nice clear pale yellow gold color with a medium white head that lasts. The aroma is a little skunky, with some light sulfur, florals and hints of citrus and pale malt. Pleasant. The flavor has lots of semi sweet pale maltiness with more hints of floral and citrusy hops. Light lemon/orange notes with a pale malty finish. Really smooth on the palate with a silky mouthfeel. No off flavors. A nice thirst quencher. Would purchase again.

22oz Bottle pours out a nice dark straw color topped with a white head. Nose is a little corn cereal malt and some grassy notes. Taste is more of the light corn cereal grains and a nice cream.

GlassBrass440 (321) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 27, 2015
Pours a lightly hazy, bright gold with a lasting, dense white head with good lace. Moderate aromas of sweet grains and sulfur. Flavours are sweetly floral. Vanilla, cream, grain. Full bodied and lively carbonation but without diminishing the smooth mouthfeel.
