09.29.14 best by. Poured from a bomber into a tumbler on 07.16.14. A: Sweet flower. Maybe citrus too. Nice. A: Completely see through straw yellow. The head recedes quickly to a ring. T: Flower with a malt backbone dominate. Grass is subtle. P: Creamy. O: It had a nice floral flavor and was very well balanced. It was very good for a cream ale. It was just a very laid-back and subtle beer.

Light golden color. Quick dissipating white head. Lots of honey and floral notes, but slightly astringent when it should be smooth. Low hops. Not really that impressive, but refreshing I guess.

Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Golden in color with a hint of red. . Lightly hopped nose. Fruity, lightly sweet up front with some floral qualities. Decent hoppiness for the style.

Bottle, pours bright pee yellow. Malty, sweet nose, probably it’s best quality. Sharp, biting malt beer.

Bottle at Komachi for my 10th cream ale rate. Finally!

Rice, malt, lemon in the nose. Rather sweet and fruity, lemony. Light but solid malt. Some grapes and cherries. A bit spritzy, oily body. Reminds me why it took so long to get 10 cream ale ratings.

Bottle at Cactus Burrito. Nice, light creaminess, sweet malty but subtle. Little bit of hop bitterness. Little bit of spice. Really quite tasty. Easy drinking.

Pale and bitter. Aroma is a touch perfumy. Not much flavor aside from bitterness. Not good at all.

22 oz bottle- Pours cloudy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly floral, hay and/or grass. The taste is grainy, corn, floral, mellow hops. Body and carbonation are medium. It’s okay, surprised this was in my club, would love to try some of Pelican Brewing’s beers, this seems to be the most boring of the bunch though! The more i drink this the more i dislike it, flavors of vomit seem to keep popping in my head, lowering my overall by two points.

Tap at Pelican Brewing in Tillamook. Pours light, clear yellow with white head. Aroma is a little burnt hair, wheat, lemon. Taste is bitter, crisp, a bit ’dirty’, pepper spice. Overall, not very good.

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - NOV 6, 2014
Poured from tap to glass. Straw hue with white head that settled to a ring. Aroma is corn, straw, honey, hay. Mouthfeel is decent with a light body and soft carbonation. Taste is dry eith a slight sulphur finish. Overall this is a so-so brew.
