Bomber pours a straw yellow with a white head. Orange peel aroma. Orange zest wheat and banana taste. XaenDovet (1282) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 16, 2013
On tap at platypus pub. Hazy yellow with nice thick white cap, settling to a consistent coat. Aroma of green apple, lemon, pepper. Taste is orange peel, light lemon, late pepper. Refreshing and light. Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Bomber, purchased for $3 at brewpub. Pours effervescent golden, somewhere between crystal clear with 2 fingers dense white head that dissipates into a ring supporting a steady stream of bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass (first pour) and hazy gold, small head dissipating quickly to a ring (last pour). Aroma of spice (pepper), esters (banana, clove), citrus (orange peel says the label). Taste is much the same, light sweet start, peppery finish, crisp with light bitterness and short, dry finish. Light body, lively carbonation. This is a very nice wit, and perfect to enjoy while watching the sunset. Dogbrick (13026) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 21, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear yellow color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, spicy yeast and toasty malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent Wit overall. bpreo (2840) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - APR 26, 2013
A delicious Witbier. I only wish the alcohol content was a little higher, but hey, that only means I can drink more!

Brilliant gold with big. foamy, white head / Light, bright nose of bread, lemon, resin, decent lacing / Light body, lively, crisp, little malt with a mild, pilser-like hoppy character / Clean, mild, simple flavors of grain, lemon, orange, bread, cardamom, coriander / A very pleasant quaffer, but with less wit character than would be expected. Half rated the appesrance on the
bottle, very catching orange label. A good wit that I drank literally on the beach. I wished I had a glass to pour it into though because my bottle had fermented spices on the mouth thick and pinky red that was off putting that’s why the low palate rating. pictoman (1129) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 29, 2012
Poured from U.S. pint (473mL) bottle. Clear yellow colour with foamy white head. Very wheaty smell with mild citrus and floral notes. Tastes the same, but with a surprisingly nice creamy texture that coats the mouth, however, an abrupt (non-existent) finish. monk191 (1980) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 1, 2012
An ok wit. Pours a boring yellow. Smells nice, citrus. Taste is similar to blue moon, refreshing but not super interesting. Paired with carpaccio. Had in the bottle.

22. Pours a cloudy medium orange with a towering fizzy platinum blonde head. Funky spicy sweet fruity nose--nice mix of predominant barnyard with the spice and fruit in the background. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Could actually be even more effervescent. Oranges and spices predominate in the flavor profile. Mild finish.
