Bottle from alesbymail. Strong fruit, ash & malt aroma. Very dark brown with a massive foamy head. Ash malt flavour, not getting much blackberry. Slightly fruity aftertaste. Drinkable but not great.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a rim of and a light brown head. Aroma is dark roasted malty with a mild chocolate note. Hard roasted malty and mild acidic chocolate base flavour is solid acidic note. Lingering acidic and roasted malty finish. Nice one

Ungstrup (37867) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 7, 2008
Bottled. A dark brown beer with no head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of roasted malt and hints of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt lending it a slight acidicy, but also with a weird fruit and prune note.

dunkpigen (379) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2008
Bottle. Pours dark brown with a thin film. Aroma and flavour ar both smokey, ryebread and some blackberry. A bit wierd.

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - JUN 2, 2008
(on bottle) Dark brown, small, white head. Dry. semi-medical in aroma. Turf-taste, good carbonation. Continues t be a dry, waterish beer, in finish also. Very distant fruityness, not blackbeerry, but coulden´t confirm it.

skortila (5905) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 22, 2008
Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma has some roast, malts and dark fruits/plums. Clear, dark/black coloured with a beige head. Taste is sweet, darkfruity (black currant/plums/raisin), some roast. Nice.

Dedollewaitor (16174) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 21, 2008
[email protected] Pours dark brown with a little white head. Aroma & taste is of berries & dark fruits. Overall quite fruity. Weird, yet drinkable!

caesar (7165) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAY 21, 2008
Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. Very dark color, short brown head. Aroma of rye, dark ripe fruit, blackcurrant, but very pleasant. Very fruity taste as well. Nice.

thewolf (12631) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2008
Bottle @ thewolfs pre-festival tasting, Kolding.
Pours deep brown with a small, beige, creamy head. Aroma is dry chocolate, light raisins and some berries. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour has light raisins, plums, berries, black currants and ashy chocolate. A bit weird, but I kind of like it.

Christian (13679) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2008
Dark brown with a small off-white head. Chocolate and figs in the aroma. Flavour starts fruity sweet with plum and blackcurrant, but finishes porter-like dry with charcoal roast notes. A mess in my humble opinion.
