3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy orange yellow pour with a creamy white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, bread, and some pine. Tropical fruit sweetness with hint of tartness and subtle resin. Decent.
Bottle. Nose dulled grainy malt with a hard citric edge, a little mineral. Overcarbed and a subtle gusher, rocky meringue beige head over hazy golden gradient body. Taste sharply lemony citric, again, with medium bitterness, very green bitterness with a little vegetal on the sides. Little bit of Smarties candy dust for fruit but the body is a mess, reminiscent of bigger (but just as sloppy) double IPAs from a decade ago, a little gooey caramel but generally uncoordinated hop mass that clashes with rough malt and rough exposed alcohol. Sugary and raw, and a really dirty aftertaste, too. Yinz can do better than this. [2017.01.21: 1.2] thorongil2 (3428) - , Ontario, CANADA - JAN 3, 2017
Fittingly my 5666th rating, mostly down the drain.

Hazy orange-gold. Nose is hoppy and fruity, peach/apricot. Very bitter, light sweet, light tart. Fruity, alcohol, and light roasty aromas. Sweetness fades and tartness increases as it warms. MarkSachon (1054) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2016
12 oz bottle. Not too heavy on the hops and has a nice crisp finish. More IPA’s should be done this way.

Super hazy. Orange pour, small off white head. Aroma of citrus and caramel. Flavor of grass, citrus, caramel and metal. douglas88 (9632) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 10, 2015
Bottle. Pours a clear orange color with a large white head. A big sweet bready nose. The flavor is sweet citrus, lemons, big bready, very malty sweet. Ok. gsmitty80 (2130) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 6, 2015
Wanted to like it but just has a very harsh hop profile that doesn't do anything but be bitter. Their pale ale is better imo.
