Good beer. Nice sweet taste. A little bit of an after taste that is not too hoppy. Good beer!

Good dark brown beer. I thought it was going to be a much heavier in alcoholthen it was. Good beer, i’d call it a nut brown ale. Capa (3631) - DC, Washington DC, USA - DEC 6, 2012
I’m not generally a big fan of Christmas spiced beers but this one is a different story. Dark brown with a ring of foamy head. Aroma is sweet, creamy, spiced, toasted malts, chocolate. Medium to full body. Flavor is sweet, toasted malts, cream, spices, nutty, milk chocolate. A real stunner. Delicious. Cybercat (6343) - Georgia, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Comes out of the tap a deep sable just a whisker above coal black with a decent pale tan head. Strong, malty aroma has a firm overtone of horehound and notes of clove and cinnamon. Flavor has malty, nutty, caramel and horehound notes with a subtle undertone like chocolate milk. Sweetness is not too strong, though. Texture is about average, typical body but good fizz. Roll up to this one. can8ianben (1603) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 3, 2014
Woah, I can’t say I’ve ever had anything quite like this. Raisin, malt, Christmas spices. The taster is served with cinnamon sugar on the rim which really accents the whole deal. A stretch to call this setup beer - more like a cinnamon roll cocktail.

Deep reddish brown with a nice hoppy/spiced aroma. A very enjoyable winter seasonal ale. Art (3220) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 7, 2012
Nutty spicy aroma. Hazelnut and slight coffee flavor. Slightly watered down. MercyDevice (365) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2013
Delicious! It really does taste like a nut roll - very sweet and spicy. I detected some cinnamon and bread notes.
