UPDATED: AUG 29, 2011 Cask (GBBF2011, Wed) (7:3+:6:4:13=3.3)
Super pungent hoppy aroma. Full hoppy body, but light grains push through to the finish. Touch milky, but also alas a touch plasticky.
Rerate: Cask (GBBF2011, Friday) (6+:4:6:4:13=3.3)
Sweet sherbet aroma. Grassy and plant-matter too. Adequate malty body, quite sweet and full. Plenty of malted barley. Finish has classic UK bitter hops, and typically muted. Just a bit of pungency. Improves as you drink it.

On tap at GBBF ’11. Golden, ring of froth. Smells a bit ping pong (the sport, not the rhyming slang). Tropical cordial - some guava. Plainish. Dry finish, not much hops.

Cask (handpump) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Darkish gold colour. Grassy aroma. Thought I picked up a salty seaweed tang but that’s probably just a case of suggestion. Develops into a sharp, clean golden ale with a pleasant tangy hop presence. Would make a decent Summer quaffer.

Gravity dispense at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough BF - 12/10/12. Mid amber with a thin off-white head. Caramel malt, toffee and a little nuttiness on the nose. Tastes of toffee, dark fruit, some hops. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leading to a fruity bitter finish. Adequate bitter.
