Pours a golden yellow. Aromas of lemon, grains, celery. Flavor is crisp, dry, sweet malt, and a mild hop. rondphoto (4489) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - FEB 16, 2016
on tap @ Pensacola Bay / FL ---- Aroma of malt and European Kolsch hops. Too bad the beer itself doesn’t back the aroma. Fizzy head that disappears like a soft drink, pale amber color, a few lace dots. Taste is thin watery malt that adds a big shot of fizz before moving onto a finish that is missing any hops. Too light, too simple, not any Kolsch attributes, not going to work. djd07 (15336) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 16, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, honey, grass. Thin mouth, sweet honey malt, light citrus, crushable, good. ramboraffe (2257) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 30, 2014
Sample from tap at brewpub. Clear amber with white head. Smell is light grain and hay grass hop. Taste is light grain malty with fruit and grass hops. Decent köksch. Semi dry with low bitterness and low carbonation. DocJitsu (2025) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - JUN 15, 2014
Pours a dull, watery golden with yeast matter floating. Tart, mildly earthy nose, with notes of green banana and green grape. A little grassy. Mouthfeel is crisp and light. Taste approximates the nose.

Draft at Rocketcity Brewfest. Yellow with medium white head. Aroma of grain and a light sweetness. Light body with some corn and pils malt with a light sweetness. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - MAY 5, 2014
I really enjoy this beer fresh, right off the bright tank (I’ve been lucky enough to catch Mark and Rogers at the brewery twice now to do this!). Obviously a Kolsch and not a pale ale, and as such I love it. Ferris (16270) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 29, 2014
Draft - Lemony citrus and grains. Pale gold with a thin white head. Skunky up front bitterness and a bit of grain. Clean and slightly sweet finish. Nice as a Kolsch, but not a great pale ale. tympanic (168) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 24, 2013
On tap in Destin. It was happy hour, so I’m glad I only paid $3.00 for this one. Weak, flavorless, missing the funk of a real Kölsch and the bite of an American pale ale.
