Pours a golden pinkish color with fizzy head. Aromas of berries, yeast, and some funk. Flavor is sour berry with wheaty notes and some funky tail. Gespuccian (144) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 17, 2016
On tap at Fish House in Pensacola. Nose is heavy on raspberry and red fruit. Pours a light pinkish color, with effervescent white head. Taste is definitely fruit; but not overwhelmingly sweet. A touch of wheat, and really only a hint of sour. Taste and mouth feel is clean, like dry champagne. I want more funk and sour from a Berliner Weisse. This feels more like a fruity wheat beer/champagne. But it is very drinkable, dry, and refreshing. asheft (3108) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 17, 2016
On tap at brew pub. Sweet and sour cherry aroma with raspberries. Almost clear salmon under a white sheet. Very low sour flavour with pale malt and moderate raspberry. Very light and refreshing with high carbonation. rondphoto (4494) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - FEB 16, 2016
on tap @ Pensacola Bay / FL --- Aroma of sweet grass. Clear light amber with a hint of blush, off-white head cover, waves of lace. Taste is sweet malt that is immediately followed by light sour. Maybe some raspberry, but more likely the power-of-suggestion at work. The sour and sweet share the finish. Mild for a Berliner Weisse, but still quite drinkable. Tap at the Atlas with some Sushi -- Light-ish pink color with lacing. Flavor is thin but all of the aspects of a great Berliner are there, just ... light. Wish it had more pop to it. BelgianBeerGal (4159) - Panama City, Florida, USA - APR 2, 2015
Crowler from Craft to Go in PCB during spring break. Pours a pink-gold color with a white head. Very light, dusty grain aroma with a hint of raspberry. Thin flavor with just a hint of raspberry that really bears little resemblance to a proper Berliner Weisse. Not bad but a category miss. Rustyham (1836) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - MAR 21, 2015
Really buttery, thick, no raspberry flavor, just color. Lots of diacetyl, slight tartness but nothing to write home about djd07 (15547) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 12, 2015
Bottle. Pours a hazy red orange with medium frothy off white head that leaves sticky lacing. The aroma is raspberry seed, wheat, and light funk. Thin mouth feel with nice tart raspberry and wheat, crisp, crushable, good. hopscotch (11246) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2015
Draft... Pours murky and caramel-colored with flashes of pink and no head. The flavor is lightly fruity, also delivering delicate cracker and white bread-like maltiness. Light to medium-bodied and lightly creamy with tingly carbonation. The flavor is both tart and bready accompanied by a slight, mixed berry component.
