COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Refreshing crisp beer made with 60% malted wheat and lemon grass, resulting in a grassy wheat flavor with hints of citrus. We used our Midwest malted Harrington malt, caramalt, malted wheat, and Perle hops. Well balanced beer for the end of a long days work, light and refreshing.

On tap. A-grain/wheat. Slight spice. Taste-follows, hops may be a bit in the background.

Rated on 5-18-2016 at Bar 145, Fort Wayne, IN. (Bottle) The appearance is a very small white head that is mostly lasting, hazy pale yellow body, no carbonation observed, and no lacing. The aroma presents lemon and wheat malt. The flavor is sweet, some lemon and wheat malt. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. A drinkable beer, but is short on aroma and flavor. This is a beer not on my drink again list.

This bottled brew from a beer bar poured a very small head of finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing. The body was a softly carbonated and yellow colored. The palate was weakly tingly with a malty lemon aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of weak malt and soft hops with a mild lemon aftertaste. OK, but not one I would likely drink again.

Slightly hazy straw pour. Decent carbonation, but bubbles look slow - like syrup. Filmy cream head. No discernable aroma. Malt taste, followed by very strong lemongrass. Like having a cold lemongrass tea chaser. Thick mouthfeel. Overwhelming lemongrass aftertaste.

355ml can. Generic name. Generic beer. It is your typical wheat with some spicy lemongrass, been done before probably even with the same name.

This is a pretty decent beer, just kinda a mild blond ale w/ a hint of lemongrass to it. It’s coudy orange w/ a thin head and a bit of lace. It’s a bit earthy, dry and relatively full bodied. I would not call this monstrously flavorful but neither is there anything really wrong w/ it, which makes for a pretty solid drink.

On tap at GTMW 2015, what a waste of a pour at the festival, pours a hazy yellow with a fizzy white head, the aroma and flavor was the same, nothing, slight lemon and a little bit of grass i guess, ugh.

Can...insipid, watery beer with minimal flavor of wheat and yeast...zero lemon grass. Lame and not worth the time to drink it let alone $11 bucks a 6.

12 ouncer from Earth Fare grocery store. Pours a cloudy orange body with no head. Spotty, very loose lacing. The nose gets subtle citrus and malt. The flavor is subtler still: citrus, light yeast up front, breads, hint of pine in the finish. Full carbonation and light/medium body. Nothing that’ll knock your socks off, but refreshing and drinkable.

Can. Poured hazy yellow color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex hop, malt and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
