COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Meriwether brewed with our friends at The Commons is our take on the Classic Saison. In true collaborative fashion, we decided to use our respective Saison yeast strains in a 50/50 blend for fermentation. The beer is then dry-hopped with Hallertau and bottle conditioned.

Taste: crisp, German hops, yeast notes with some cider, clean finish. Complex, bread yeast nose. Gold, crystal clear, tall white thick foam head with ring lace, and lots of carbonation. Medium to med/light body. A very Pils like version of a saison.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a glowing, straw color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Wonderful Belgian yeast forward nose. Light and crisp, with some biscuit flavors...grass & mineral notes come out. Lingering pepper bitterness. Feels very authentic and very refreshing.
